Job summary

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) is hiring to curate and deliver training programmes in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and AI technologies for the built environment in Singapore. You will design curricula, assessment methods, and coordinate delivery across formats while partnering with academic institutions and industry experts.

This contract role seeks resourceful professionals with a background in Built Environment, IDD, BIM and data-driven design who can shape CET curricula

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Built Environment related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Built Environment with IDD adoption.
• Proficiency with Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) methodologies, BIM workflows, and digital collaboration platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, data science tools, automation, or digital innovation projects.
• Independent, proactive with strong self-management.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Advanced Certification in Learning and Performance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Curate training programmes in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and AI applications for the built environment.

• Participate in curriculum reviews to keep programmes current with best practices and latest tech.

What the role is

The Building and Construction Authority (BCA) champions the development of a future ready built environment for Singapore. Besides regulating building safety, we lead and transform the built environment sector in delivering a safe, high quality, sustainable and friendly built environment. We are looking for resourceful, energetic and self-motivated individuals who are inspired to play an active role to make a difference to Singapore’s built environment.

What you will be working on

• Curate training programmes in the areas Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) and emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications for built environment, mapped to recognised skills and competencies frameworks
• Design curriculum and associated assessment methods, course materials, and coordinate effective course delivery across diverse learning formats
• Participate in curriculum review processes to ensure programmes remain current with best practices and latest technological advances
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions, industry associations, and subject matter experts

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Built Environment related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Built Environment, with demonstrated competency in adoption of IDD
• Proficiency in Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) methodologies, including BIM workflows, digital collaboration platforms, and data-driven design processes
• Demonstrated experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies, including hands-on experience with AI platforms, data science tools, automation systems, or digital innovation projects, with ability to translate this knowledge and expertise into CET curricula
• Independent & proactive, with strong self-management and initiative-taking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in team environments
• Advanced Certification in Learning and Performance or equivalentrecognised certification
