Qualifications

• Experience in teaching diploma and higher levels in Facilities Management.
• Strong passion for education and mentoring students.
• Knowledge of preventive, routine and predictive maintenance in building systems preferred.
• Experience with digital technologies/smart solutions for FM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons and mentor students; develop assessments and materials.
• Develop and maintain teaching curricula and learning materials for modules listed.
• Deploy effective pedagogy to facilitate learning.
• Undertake projects or consultancy work with internal and external stakeholders, especially in Smart Facilities Management.
