Job summary

Ngee Ann Polytechnic is seeking a Lecturer for the School of Design & Environment on a 2-year contract. You will develop and deliver modules, lead in curriculum design, and mentor diploma students across both in-class and online settings.

You will also manage CET evening offerings (6:00 PM–10:00 PM) for working professionals, while keeping up with local regulations and industry practices. Strong CAD/BIM software skills and passion for teaching are essential.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience at diploma/degree level
• Experience delivering lectures in physical and online/hybrid formats
• Ability to develop and assess modules and content
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and related tools

Responsibilities

• Academic Delivery: plan, develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions in physical and online/hybrid classrooms.
• Curriculum & Module Leadership: design and update module content across core discipline areas to align with industry standards.
• Student Mentorship: guide diploma students through projects, attachments and progression.
• Continuing Education (CET): conduct evening classes for working professionals enrolled in part-time diplomas and short courses.
