Qualifications

3+ years of experience across financial institutions (banks, brokerages, insurers).
Passion for mentoring students and their development.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Proven ability to engage with industry on Banking/Finance/Analytics/Fintech consultancy projects.
Qualifications in Banking/Finance/Analytics/IT (MFAS/CACS/CFA/CAIA) would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Conduct lessons and develop teaching/assessment materials for PET and CET students.
Update and improve curriculum to keep it current and relevant.
Enhance student learning through competitions, projects, internships, and overseas learning programmes.
Identify and cultivate industry partnerships; participate in consultancy projects.
Collaborate with staff and industry to offer applied projects and consultancy.
Support IBF/SkillsFuture initiatives in Enhanced Internship/CET programmes.
Handle administrative teaching tasks.
