Job Responsilities

  1. To perform all routine learning administration-related activities
  2. To facilitate and co-ordinate products and services with vendors and relevant stakeholders
  3. To manage and update learner records/assessment results
  4. To manage the logistics and equipment required in the facility and to create a desired learning environment
  5. To co-ordinate with Curriculum And Compliances (CnC) department to ensure all documents are in compliance
  6. Any other operational tasks assigned

Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Administration.
  2. At least 2 to 3 years of experience in administration role.
  3. Have an eye for detail and well organized to work in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Good verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external customers.
  5. Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications.
  6. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  7. Able to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within given parameters, prescribed routines, and accepted standard practices.
  8. Cultivate good work relationships with all colleagues, customers and authorities to contribute to team effectiveness and productivity.
