You will partner with directors, regional academy leads and SMEs to build curricula, digital modules and learner journeys, ensuring LMS readiness, accessibility and measurable outcomes.

The position of Learning & Instructional Designer (12 months contract) is to design engaging, accessible and effective learning experiences that strengthen capability across SJ Group. The role combines learning design, learning experience design and instructional design to translate business and learner needs into structured, measurable and scalable learning solutions. As a specialist individual contributor, the incumbent partners with the Director, SJ Global Academy, regional academy leads, subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to design curricula, digital modules, learner journeys, assessments and learning assets for global audiences. The role focuses on high-quality design, development, LMS readiness, learner engagement, accessibility, evaluation and continuous improvement. It does not include facilitation, program delivery, direct people management or travel requirements.
