Job summary

Epic Swim Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Learn to Swim Coach who is passionate about educating children through sports. You will coach Learn to Swim and Swim PE classes for children aged 2.5 and up, and report to the General Manager as part of a dedicated coaching team.

No prior teaching or swimming experience is required; training will be provided. Applicants must be Singaporean or PR, fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attachment hours will be paid.

Qualifications

• No prior teaching or swimming experience required.
• Singaporeans/PRs only.
• Passion for teaching young children.

Responsibilities

• Coach Learn to Swim students according to Epic Swim curriculum.
• Coach Swim PE classes according to Epic Swim curriculum.
• Attend Epic Swim's in-house training program and attach to senior coaches before coaching independently.
• Provide timely feedback to parents on progress and record student logs.
• Attend workshops and courses to improve coaching skills.
