Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Lean Leader to coach, drive and lead lean behaviors, principles and tools across an operational area, delivering a step-change in safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics.

You will lead kaizen events, implement standard work, drive TAKT attainment, and develop lean talent while partnering with global teams to optimize production flow and reduce WIP and lead times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations / lean / technical.
• Experience with lean transformations in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Coach and lead lean behaviors across the area.
• Implement standard work and playbooks for lean lines.
• Lead kaizen events and problem-solving sessions.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize production flow.
• Develop lean talent and lead daily management and TAKT execution.
• Drive WIP reduction and lead time improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and mentor teams.
