Responsibilities

• Apply industrial engineering concepts to drive value stream mapping and improvements.
• Improve standard work and productivity, and propose actions to hit targets.
• Assist in strategising, targeting and tracking KPIs in the plant.
• Contribute to strategic enablers to drive business performance.
• Lead plant-wide improvement projects across departments.
