Qualifications

• Engineering student pursuing degree in a technical field with strong analytical capability.
• Willingness to learn and apply Lean principles to manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI) and continuous improvement.
• Ability to engage with diverse teams and drive improvements across operations.
• Curiosity, positivity, and a strong desire for excellence in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Applying industrial engineering concepts to drive value stream mapping and business improvements.
• Enhancing standard work to improve operator productivity and recommending actions.
• Assisting in strategising targets and designing platforms to track KPIs in the plant.
• Helping implement strategic enablers to drive business performance.
• Facilitating plant-wide improvement projects and engaging with cross-functional teams.
