Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a results-driven Lean Manufacturing Specialist to drive operational excellence across our semiconductor wafer fab. You will deploy and sustain key lean practices, including AVP, QRCI, Obeya, 5S and Gemba walks, while leading continuous improvement workshops.

In this role, you will coordinate with Production, Module, DTIT, Quality and Training teams to boost productivity, workflow efficiency and manpower flexibility, and you will coach teams to build a measurable,

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations or related field.
  • Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, production operations, Lean manufacturing or operational excellence
  • Good knowledge of Lean tools such as AVP, QRCI, Obeya, 5S, Gemba and continuous improvement methodology
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and data-driven decision-making skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across shifts and departments
  • Good communication, presentation, coaching and shopfloor leadership skills
  • Hands-on mindset with willingness to support production floor activities, recovery actions, weekend or overtime needs when require
  • Candidates with proven experience in a similar role may be considered for appointment at Senior level (min 5 years)

YOUR ROLE

Your Skills & Experiences
