Job summary

Unilever invites you to apply for the Leadership Internship Programme – Human Resources in Singapore. This 6-month internship offers hands-on exposure to HR projects across talent development, onboarding, and recruitment while working with experienced leaders and teams.

Selected interns will contribute to policy implementations and employee experiences, with a focus on achieving business goals. Commitment is at least 3 days per week, with a preference for full-time engagement where possible.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program; fresh graduates ineligible.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR teams on strategic initiatives such as talent development forums and change management projects.
• Support employee experiences through policy implementations, new joiner onboarding, long service awards and recruitment activities.
• Assist with Employer Branding initiatives on and off campus to maintain employer-of-choice status in Singapore.
