Job summary

The Singapore Institute of Technology is seeking an Assistant Manager, Leadership Development to design and deliver a comprehensive student leadership programme. You will mentor SITizen Ambassadors, coordinate events and work with the Office of SITizen Experience to enrich student life.

You will manage leadership initiatives, collaborate with faculty and partners, and support daily operations and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
Experience in leadership training and programme development.
Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking, adaptability and innovation for continuous improvement.
Strong planning, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Resourceful, proactive and able to multi-task under tight timelines.
Collaborative team player able to work with youth and outside office hours when needed.

Responsibilities

Plan and craft leadership development programmes with design, execution and evaluation.
Mentor SITizen Ambassadors and advise student teams.
Support budget management, procurement, data consolidation and reporting.
Plan Pillar initiatives and major events, such as orientation and awards.
Provide division support and ad hoc projects as assigned.
