Job summary

Aryan-Solutions-Pte.-Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Techno-Functional Consultant to design and implement Workday Financials solutions. You will translate business requirements into functional configurations and collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and post-production support.

The role requires 5–7 years hands-on Workday Financials and 10–15 years ERP experience, with strong stakeholder management and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on Workday Financials experience; 10–15 years total ERP/enterprise apps experience preferred.
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday Financial Management: FINACCT, GL, AP, AR, Procurement, Banking & Settlement.
• Proven experience in functional solution design and end-to-end Workday implementations.
• Good understanding of Workday integration architecture and tools (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, APIs).
• Experience translating complex financial requirements into scalable functional solutions.
• Ability to lead functional teams or manage implementation workstreams.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design and implementation of Workday Financial Management modules.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and designs.
• Configure Workday Financials modules including FINACCT, GL, AP, AR, Procurement and Banking & Settlement.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, data migration and enhancements.
• Provide guidance on integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and APIs.
