Job summary

Hawk-Eye Innovations in Singapore is seeking a Technical Guarantee Lead to own the technical planning, delivery and match-day performance of the VAR service across Singapore Premier League venues. You will ensure flawless delivery and rapid resolution of issues, coordinating with the Operations Manager and stakeholders.

This role requires strong problem solving, a proactive approach to change, and willingness to travel within the region; it is a fixed-term position aligned with the FAS contract

Qualifications

• Experience in technical deployment or broadcast projects, especially VAR-related work.
• Solid understanding of networking and hardware ecosystems (Windows, Nvidia, Blackmagic, Dante).
• Strong problem solving, autonomous working and communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical planning, architecture and deployment of the VAR service across SPL competitions.
• Ensure hardware, software and infrastructure meet SLAs and reliability targets.
• Coordinate releases, testing and incident response for match days.
• Provide training and guidance to operations staff for on-site and remote support.
