Job summary

SING ONN ELECTRICAL TRADING is seeking a competent Site Supervisor to lead tiling works on construction projects. You will oversee on-site teams, coordinate with project managers and clients, and ensure timely, quality finishes.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or related field, at least 3 years of tiling supervision experience, and a solid understanding of safety regulations. BCSS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience in construction, tiling preferred.
• Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building or related field.
• Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, materials and installation standards.
• Familiar with workplace safety regulations and enforcement on-site.
• Good leadership and communication to manage workers and liaise with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• BCSS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate tiling works at project sites.
• Lead site workers and subcontractors, assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specs.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and finishing standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers and clients on requirements and updates.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and resolve site issues.
• Monitor materials usage and control wastage.
• Ensure housekeeping and safe practices at the site.
