Qualifications

• Must be capable to lead workers and guide them on the work process.
• Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements
• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
• Cut, shape and smooth lumber and other material (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements
• Align tiles and ensure accuracy during installation

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate tile installation teams to meet deadlines.
• Read blueprints and calculate material requirements.
• Align tiles with straightedges and levels to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare surfaces and apply waterproofing for tiling.
• Deliver goods to construction sites and manage loading/unloading.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Provide team-building and ensure smooth workflow.
