Job summary

Morgan Mckinley Pte Ltd is seeking a Lead System Engineer to drive sensor product development across electronics, embedded software, optics and mechanics. You will lead system architecture, requirements engineering, and ensure robust integration, verification and validation.

The role requires 5+ years in system engineering, strong electronics/embedded expertise, and proven leadership. CPRE certification or IEC 61508 knowledge are a plus in a global R&D setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of System Engineering experience.
• Successful delivery of at least 3 complete product development cycles.
• Strong expertise in electronics and/or embedded systems.
• Experience in requirements engineering, validation, and reliability.
• Excellent technical leadership and collaboration skills.
