Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Lead System Engineer to drive development of advanced sensor products across electronics, embedded software, optics, and mechanical engineering. You will lead architecture, requirements, and integration efforts in a collaborative R&D environment in Singapore.

You will own verification, validation, risk management, and regulatory compliance, while mentoring multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in system engineering.
• Delivered at least 3 product development cycles.
• Strong electronics/embedded systems expertise.
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture and requirements engineering.
• Own product integration, verification, and validation.
• Drive technical problem-solving, System FMEA, and risk management.
• Ensure product performance and regulatory compliance.
