Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Head of Engineering and Projects at the Tuas Modulus Site in Singapore. You will lead end-to-end capital projects, drive site Capex committees, and oversee process engineering, C&Q, and automation for a biologics/API manufacturing setting.

The role demands strong hands-on leadership, deep GxP knowledge, and a track record of delivering major projects on time and within budget, with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of cumulative experience in project management, C&Q and process engineering in biopharma or API manufacturing.
• Degree or Master in Engineering in relevant fields; strong hands-on engineering capability.
• GxP knowledge and familiarity with GMP/FDA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capital projects (T3) and site-level prioritization and funding decisions.
• Provide engineering technical support and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop site master plan alignment and manage external contractors and suppliers.
