Job summary

Kingsforce Management Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Piping Construction Supervisor to lead on-site piping installations in cleanroom and process facilities for semiconductor, biotech, and life sciences projects in Singapore.

You will supervise subcontractors, coordinate with engineering and QA/QC, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of piping construction supervision experience in regulated industrial environments, with strong knowledge

With a strong pipeline of major projects across Singapore and the region, they are seeking an experienced Piping Construction Supervisor to join their construction team and oversee the successful execution of complex cleanroom and process piping installations.

About the Role

As the Piping Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all piping construction activities on site, ensuring works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and construction schedules.

Working closely with construction managers, project engineers, subcontractors, QA/QC, and client representatives, you will play a key role in coordinating daily site operations, resolving construction issues, and ensuring successful project delivery within highly regulated semiconductor and life sciences environments.

This role is ideal for an experienced site supervisor who thrives in fast-paced EPC projects involving ultra-high purity (UHP), process, utility, and cleanroom piping systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day piping construction activities across multiple work fronts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure work progresses according to project schedule.
• Monitor installation of process piping, utility piping, stainless steel piping, carbon steel piping, UPW, CDA, PCW, chilled water, vacuum, gas distribution, and chemical distribution systems.
• Ensure piping installations comply with project drawings, specifications, method statements, and applicable industry codes.
• Review construction drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and piping layouts prior to execution.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Safety, Planning, Mechanical, Electrical, and Process disciplines to resolve site issues.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure all activities comply with project HSE requirements.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure all inspections, pressure testing, flushing, passivation, and turnover documentation are completed.
• Track construction progress and report daily productivity, manpower utilization, and site issues.
• Assist with work planning, sequencing, and look-ahead schedules.
• Identify construction risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Participate in client inspections, walkdowns, punch list clearance, and system handover activities.
• Ensure all works comply with cleanroom protocols and contamination control requirements where applicable.

About the Candidate

The successful candidate is a hands-on construction professional with extensive experience supervising piping installation works within semiconductor fabrication plants, pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities, biotechnology plants, or other highly regulated industrial environments.

You possess strong technical knowledge of process piping systems and are comfortable coordinating multiple subcontractors while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

You are proactive, organized, and capable of resolving site issues efficiently while working within demanding EPC project schedules.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum5 yearsof piping construction supervision experience.
• Proven experience deliveringSemiconductor,Life Sciences,Pharmaceutical, orHigh-Tech Manufacturingprojects.
• Experience with EPC or Design & Build contractors is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleanroom construction environments.
• Experience supervising large subcontractor workforces.
• Familiarity with mechanical completion, system turnover, and commissioning support.
• Experience working on brownfield and greenfield projects will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant construction supervision experience in industrial EPC projects.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction safety regulations.
• WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH (preferred).
• Work at Height and Confined Space certifications will be advantageous.
