Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is hiring two Project Engineers for semiconductor plant and piping projects at the Tampines site in Singapore. You will lead planning, scheduling, and execution, review designs, and coordinate with subcontractors to keep timelines and budgets on track.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Bulk Gas / Specialty Gas, a relevant Diploma/Degree, and strong communication skills. Willingness to be based at Tampines for at least 2 years is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Bulk Gas / Specialty Gas.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret site blueprints and 2D/3D drawings in detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.
• Willing to be based at the Tampines project site for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role in project planning, scheduling, and execution for semiconductor plant and piping works.
• Develop and manage project plans covering scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams, providing technical guidance and direction.
• Apply knowledge of semiconductor plant construction and piping systems to ensure standards compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to review design specs against client and safety requirements.
• Oversee on-site activities with focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections to verify compliance.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a key contact throughout the project lifecycle.
