Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms with solid problem-solving and programming skills.
• Experience in applied machine learning with common algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
• Experience with recommendation systems components and industry models.
• Proficient in C++ and Python; familiar with Big Data tools and deep learning frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Work on recommendation systems across products, videos, and live streams for e-commerce scenarios across countries.
• Optimize models at massive scale using deep learning, transfer learning, and multi-task learning techniques.
• Conduct data mining and analysis to improve content quality of recommendations.
• Research topics to enhance diversity, discovery, cold-start handling, and high-quality products/creators.
• Develop and productionize scalable ML models and data pipelines; run experiments to test performance.
• Collaborate in a team with statistics, scripting, and programming requirements; work with deployment platforms.
