Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners is seeking an SAP Development Lead to own end-to-end development and technical delivery across the SAP landscape. You will govern quality, enforce clean-core extensibility, and lead development teams in secure environments, collaborating with functional and architecture leads to deliver high-performing SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Substantial SAP development experience with leadership in Development Lead role.
• Experience in full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations with clean-core extensibility.
• Strong ABAP (HANA/RAP) and UI5/Fiori development backgrounds.
• Hands-on SAP BTP (CAP/RAP) for in-app and side-by-side extensibility.
• Proven practices in code reviews, automated security scanning, transport discipline, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Own development workstream and technical delivery across SAP landscape.
• Govern clean-core extensibility and extension register; manage backlog and standards.
• Lead development across ABAP, CDS views, OData services, Fiori/UI5, forms and interfaces.
• Oversee DevOps, CI-CD, transport discipline with Basis and ARch teams.
• Translate functional specs into technical specs and delivered objects.
• Drive unit-test coverage, security scanning, and performance-conscious coding.
• Support SIT/UAT defect resolution and construct cutover objects.
