Job summary

Engg-Tech Pte. Ltd. is seeking qualified Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) to oversee precast production works for building projects in Singapore.

You will supervise precast plants, inspect moulds and materials, monitor quality, maintain records and report non-conformances to the consultant team. The role requires a valid RTO accreditation with IES/ACES, at least 3 years in precast construction, and strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Valid RTO accreditation/certificate under IES/ACES.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant practical experience in precast construction or precast production.
• Experience supervising precast elements for building superstructures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect precast production at approved plants.
• Inspect moulds, materials, reinforcement and pre-pour works for compliance.
• Monitor production quality, testing, calibration and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily site records, inspection reports, and production records.
• Report non-conforming works or materials to the Consultant/Resident Engineer.
• Monitor production progress, delivery schedules and stock levels.
• Support safety, housekeeping and quality at the precast plant.
• Assist with verification/recording of variations and contractor claims.
• Attend meetings and coordinate with engineers, consultants and contractors.
