Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to define and drive the automation roadmap, building scalable frameworks for desktop and web apps. The role emphasizes strong automation testing practices, CI/CD integration, and continuous improvement of testing processes.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering and at least 3 years in software quality assurance with hands-on automation testing using Playwright, Selenium, TestComplete, and CI/CD tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3 years in software quality assurance with a strong focus on automation testing.
Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools and processes, familiarity with performance and security testing tools.

Responsibilities

Define and drive automation roadmap aligned with product and engineering goals.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for desktop and web applications.
Implement best practices for automation testing to ensure reusability and maintainability of scripts.
Review and optimize existing automated test suites to improve reliability and coverage.
Continuously improve automation testing processes and introduce new tools/methodologies.
Execute and analyze automated tests, providing detailed reports and defect tracking.
