Job summary

Yi-Ke Innovations Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based IT services and system integration company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Physical Security) to lead end-to-end security system projects. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, vendors, engineers, and site teams to ensure delivery on time and to spec.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, IT, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in physical security, ELV, system integration, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing physical security projects from planning through completion.
• Strong knowledge of physical security systems including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and related ELV systems.
• Experience managing project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, coordination, cost control, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of physical security system projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, manpower, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, manpower plans, and project budgets.
• Lead and coordinate project engineers, technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants, main contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate the design, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and handover of physical security systems.
