Job summary

Securitas Electronic Security Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead physical security projects for global and local clients. You will manage end-to-end design, installation, integration and testing of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms, while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years’ hands-on experience, a relevant diploma/degree, and strong teamwork with the ability to work independently under pressure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer, Electronics/Electrical/IT Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineering.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in security project management or similar.
• Proficient with Office 365 applications (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Willingness to work overtime and adapt to global client time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical security for global and local clients, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
• Oversee design, installation, configuration, integration and testing of security systems (CCTV, access control, PA, intercom, alarms).
• Develop detailed project plans, drawings, reports and ensure compliance requirements.
• Lead subcontractor kickoff meetings and align objectives, schedules and installation standards.
• Prepare presentations and deliver progress reports to stakeholders; drive data analysis for decisions.
• Coordinate with contractors and third parties on system integration and project delivery.
• Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and propose corrective actions.
• Review contract costing to ensure profitability and submit operational reports promptly.
