• Establish and lead the Planning PMO across Global Planning.
• Own the Planning transformation portfolio and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end Planning digitization from discovery to sustainment.
• Coordinate delivery across IT, SI partners, and external vendors.
• Promote portfolio management tools and single source of truth for status and benefits.
• Define governance and review cadences for prioritization and accountability.
• Lead delivery teams through design, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Monitor KPIs and provide executive risk and benefits reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through Planning data insights.

Job's mission

Own the end-to-end delivery of Planning transformation and digitization initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into executable programs that improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance. The role serves as the central driver of execution, governance, and value realization across Global Planning.

What you will be working on

• Establish and lead the Planning PMO, driving execution excellence, planning transformation, and digital enablement across Global Planning.
• Own the Planning transformation portfolio and roadmap, ensuring strategic planning, operational excellence, and digital initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business value.
• Own the E2E Planning digitization roadmap and lead end-to-end execution from discovery and design through deployment, adoption, and sustainment.
• Lead delivery of high-impact Planning and digital programs, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, IT, system integrators, and external partners.
• Drive adoption of portfolio management tools and practices that provide a single source of truth for initiative status, dependencies, risks, resource alignment, and benefits realization.
• Define and embed project delivery standards, governance processes, and review cadences that enable effective prioritization, decision making, and accountability.
• Lead internal and external delivery teams through solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Establish and monitor program, operational, and adoption KPIs, providing executive reporting, risk management, and benefits tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement through Planning data insights, delivering measurable gains across our strategic pillars

What we are looking for

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field; semiconductor industry experience (or equivalent complex manufacturing experience)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Supply Chain Planning role, with tangible experience leading digital transformation or operational excellence initiatives in operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and drive measurable improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment; able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
• Working knowledge of process‑improvement and problem‑solving methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) certification
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership.
