Job summary

ASM is seeking a senior Logistics Transformation Lead to own end-to-end delivery of digitization initiatives across Global Logistics. You will drive the PMO, governance, and value realization through strategic programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in supply chain logistics with digital transformation experience, strong analytics, and excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

• Minimum 8 years in a Supply Chain Logistics role with digital transformation exposure.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Logistics PMO, driving transformation and digital enablement across Global Logistics.
• Own the logistics transformation portfolio and roadmap; deliver on time and with measurable value.
• Lead end-to-end logistics digitization from discovery to deployment and sustainment.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, IT, system integrators, and external partners.
• Advise on portfolio management tools and create a single source of truth for status and benefits.
• Define governance processes and review cadences to enable prioritization and accountability.
• Lead delivery teams through design, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Monitor KPIs and provide executive risk and benefits reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement through logistics data insights and strategic pillars.

The role will own the end-to-end delivery of Logistics transformation and digitization initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into executable programs that improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance. The role serves as the central driver of execution, governance, and value realization across Global Logistics.

What you will be working on

• Establish and lead the Logistics PMO, driving execution excellence, logistics transformation, and digital enablement across Global Logistics.
• Own the Logistics transformation portfolio and roadmap, ensuring strategic logistics, operational excellence, and digital initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable business value.
• Own the Logistics digitization roadmap and lead end-to-end execution from discovery and design through deployment, adoption, and sustainment.
• Lead delivery of high-impact Logistics and digital programs, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, IT, system integrators, and external partners.
• Drive adoption of portfolio management tools and practices that provide a single source of truth for initiative status, dependencies, risks, resource alignment, and benefits realization.
• Define and embed project delivery standards, governance processes, and review cadences that enable effective prioritization, decision making, and accountability.
• Lead internal and external delivery teams through solution design, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Establish and monitor program, operational, and adoption KPIs, providing executive reporting, risk management, and benefits tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement through Logistics data insights, delivering measurable gains across our strategic pillars

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field; semiconductor industry experience (or equivalent complex manufacturing experience)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Supply Chain Logistics role, with tangible experience leading digital transformation or operational excellence initiatives in operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and drive measurable improvements in quality, cost, and efficiency.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.).
• Working knowledge of process-improvement and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) certification
