As a Senior Specialist, Project Management at ASM, you'll drive complex, high-volume semiconductor equipment projects from concept to customer delivery. You'll collaborate across global teams to ensure flawless execution, mitigate risks, and keep programs on track. What You Will Be Working On

• Manage high-volume semiconductor equipment projects from BOM upload through customer delivery.
• Facilitate cross‑functional project teams and proactively assess and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor program execution using schedule tracking and reporting, evaluate metrics, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate project status to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with committed timelines.
• Resolve critical issues by engaging subject matter experts and driving solutions.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously and interface with executive leadership.
• Review build plans, identify constraints, and recommend improvements.
• Participate in forecasting, production scheduling, and material requirements planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
