Job summary

RESONAC HD SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a role focused on process troubleshooting and team leadership within the production environment. You will guide technicians to achieve output and quality targets, while reviewing changes to supplementary materials to ensure proper execution.

The position involves assisting engineers with control charts and checklists, maintaining smooth production operations, and improving daily test yields through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics / Mechatronics / Electrical / Mechanical discipline.
• Basic operation and manpower management knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in processes and perform detailed troubleshooting and failure analysis
• Guide and lead technicians and operators to achieve the required output and quality
• Review on supplementary materials changes to ensure they are properly done
• Assist the Engineer in checking on all control charts and checklists
• Ensure smooth production operation with production report done
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance production daily final test yield
• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery
• Any other jobs as assigned by the supervisor
