Job summary

JTC Corporation is seeking a Product Manager to shape, deliver, and continuously improve digital products and platform services that support Singapore's industrial landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders, users, architects, engineers, and vendors to prioritise work, define backlogs, and ensure value delivery across the product lifecycle.

In addition to product ownership, you will oversee vendor delivery, manage project milestones, and support governance and budget planning to ensure

Qualifications

Background in IT, CS, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
5+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or related fields.
Experience with stakeholder engagement and solution lifecycle management.
Familiarity with Agile delivery and modern software development practices.
Knowledge of cloud, analytics, automation, or enterprise platforms is advantageous.
Relevant certifications such as Scrum Product Owner, Agile, PMP, or Cloud certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and release plans aligned to business objectives.
Translate business requirements into product backlogs and measurable outcomes.
Oversee vendor delivery, project coordination, and contract administration.
Drive adoption, benefits realisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure governance, cybersecurity, and technology standards are followed.
