Job summary

Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore seeks a Lead/Principal/Senior Product Designer (Design System) to steer the enterprise design system and contribute to end-to-end product design for digital services. You will collaborate with product teams, engineers and designers to establish reusable foundations, components and guidelines for consistent, accessible experiences.

You will also contribute to discovery, research, journey mapping, IA, wireframes, prototyping and testing across projects,

Qualifications

5+ years in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar fields.
Experience building or leading a Design System from the ground up.
Proven track record delivering end-to-end product design for web/enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

Contribute to planning, development and improvement of the enterprise Design System.
Design, build and maintain reusable UI components and templates; document guidelines.
Collaborate with frontend developers to align design components with implementation.
Support Design System adoption across teams with guidance and reviews.
Facilitate discovery, research, journey mapping and information architecture.
Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes and Usability testing.
