Job summary

GMP Technologies is seeking a Process Engineer to drive data center infrastructure manufacturing processes in the East region. You will lead a team of process AE/Technicians to ensure efficient production and collaborate with multiple departments to align process flows with customer and business needs.

You will maintain work instructions, support ECO changes, implement Kaizen initiatives, and participate in ISO activities.

Qualifications

• Requires degree or diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing.
• Able to interact with customers, HQ/factory, peers and superiors.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of process AE/Technician on all process related functions to ensure efficient production.
• Collaborate with internal departments to create proper process operation flow per customer & business requirements.
• Maintain production WI including SFC control process and SAP maintenance.
• Lead operation teams on ECO changes & implementations.
• Drive process efficiency through improvements, UPH tracking and Kaizen activities.
• Update EC masterlist & tracking.
• Prepare and update Working Instructions.
• Provide training on WI to production.
• Support NPI process.
• Support production on mass run.
• Participate in ISO activities (implementation & maintenance).
