Qualifications

Degree in Engineering.
At least 10 years of experience in Power Plant Projects.
Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles and commercial aspects.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth strategies.
Direct and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high-performance project delivery.
Conduct feasibility studies, technical evaluations, and risk assessments, developing mitigation plans to ensure project viability and success.
Oversee the full project lifecycle, including design, demolition, construction, commissioning, and start-up, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and key stakeholders to secure approvals, permits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards while collaborating with operations teams to achieve a seamless transition from project completion to commercial operations.
