Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management in a technical context.
• MS or Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or other quantitative fields.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to distill insights into a narrative.
• Effective communication with partners from technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Proficiency in extracting insights from data and summarizing key takeaways.
• Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Adaptive mindset with cross-product effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the platform engineering product roadmap and execution with Platform Engineering.
• Define strategy, problem spaces and success metrics including KPIs and OKRs.
• Own products’ success: drive adoption and meet customers’ goals.
• Collaborate with engineering to churn out high-quality Product Requirements and execute.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand challenges and drive adoption.
• Introduce best practices and thought leadership in production engineering.
