Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in Singapore is seeking Head of Personal Wealth to lead a team of Wealth Relationship Managers, drive sales targets, and deepen client relationships for high-net-worth clients and affluent individuals. You will oversee portfolio growth, ensure compliant service, and collaborate across departments to deliver integrated wealth solutions.

The role requires a strong track record in wealth management, leadership experience, and deep knowledge of financial products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CFA/ CFP certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in wealth management.
• Deep knowledge of financial products including investments, insurance, and wealth planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Wealth Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets.
• Develop strategic plans to grow the personal wealth client base and deepen relationships.
• Monitor KPIs and provide coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Oversee acquisition, retention, and growth of high-net-worth portfolios.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory requirements affecting clients.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with product development, risk, and operations for integrated solutions.
• Manage escalated client issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Regularly review portfolios to align with goals and risk appetite.
