Job summary

The Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) in Singapore seeks a dedicated professional to evaluate and enhance Operations & Support (O&S) management for various MHA Ops Systems. You will assess budget papers, strengthen O&S processes, manage existing contracts, and ensure system reliability and availability.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science or related fields, with at least three years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant work experience, preferably in ICT ops systems.
• Experience in maintenance planning and fault resolution management.
• Ability to analyse O&S data for predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate budget papers for project maintenance and operation support requirements.
• Strengthen O&S processes and standards throughout the life cycle of Ops Systems.
• Manage and monitor existing contracts supporting MHA ops.
