Job summary

InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Contract Senior Systems Analyst to lead government network upgrade projects from Admiralty. The role focuses on network infrastructure design, deployment, and ongoing support for multiple offices, including security and monitoring enhancements.

The ideal candidate has extensive government IT networking experience, Juniper certification familiarity, and strong English/Cantonese communication.

Qualifications

Higher diploma or degree in IT/Computer-related field; HK resident or acceptable equivalent.
Extensive experience in network infrastructure support and administration.
Profound knowledge of government networking environment and IT security policies.
Juniper networks expertise incl. SRX/EX; and related technologies (TCP/IP, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Experience with NAC, VPN, firewall clusters, Wi-Fi, load balancers, and AD/DNS/DHCP.
Willing to work overtime and travel to remote offices when required.
Fluent in English and Cantonese, written English/Chinese.

Responsibilities

Lead projects on upgrading departmental network infrastructure and government dockyard networks; provide technical support and maintenance.
Enhance network monitoring system; oversee network infrastructure across multiple sites; supervise contractors.
Provide high-level networking guidance to helpdesk and system teams; monitor performance and QA of deliverables.
Support network problem resolution, monitor growth, and optimize network availability; manage security enhancements in line with regulations.
Manage NAC, VPN, SSLVPN, DNS, DHCP, AD, and data links; maintain network devices and configurations.
