Job summary

Tap Growth ai in Singapore is seeking a Senior Network Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, implement, and maintain robust network infrastructures that support our business operations and growth.

You will lead network projects, guide junior engineers, ensure secure, scalable, and resilient architectures, and collaborate with stakeholders across departments. The role requires strong Cisco expertise, Unix/Linux knowledge, scripting ability, and a willingness to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure roles supporting complex, software-centric, real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, test, and support network solutions for ATM systems and related projects.
• Develop and maintain network architecture documentation, solution designs, Bills of Materials (BOM), interface definitions, test procedures, and integration artefacts.
• Configure, validate, and deploy network infrastructure in factory environments and customer sites, ensuring successful handover to software integration and operations teams.
• Support system upgrades, configuration changes, troubleshooting, and operational readiness activities.
• Provide technical expertise in network architecture, cybersecurity-aligned designs, infrastructure engineering, and system integration.
• Participate in design reviews, identify technical risks, and recommend mitigation strategies and alternative solutions.
• Deliver customer training and provide technical support throughout project delivery and acceptance phases.
• Lead and coordinate network engineering activities, including task prioritisation, effort estimation, progress tracking, and quality assurance of team deliverables.
• Support project planning, roadmap development, milestone achievement, change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the engineering team and ensure adherence to configuration management and engineering processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, engineering best practices, and a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security requirements, and health, safety, and environmental standards.
