Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Master’s degree is a plus for leadership or seniority (advantage).
• Minimum 10 years of mechanical design experience.
• Minimum 2 years of team leadership or project leadership experience.
• Hands‑on experience designing test equipment, fixtures, or automated systems.
