Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking an experienced Engineer to lead CNC machining operations and guide machinists in a fast-growing semiconductor environment. You will interpret drawings and GD&T, optimize tooling, and drive process improvements with hands-on CNC expertise.

You will design test fixtures and automated systems, mentor a team, and collaborate across engineering to ensure high-quality, reliable valves and flow control products.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering is required; Master's is advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years of mechanical design experience.
• Minimum 2 years of team or project leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience designing test equipment, fixtures, or automated systems.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and knowledge of mechanical systems, pneumatics and instrumentation.
