Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Singapore seeks a Lead CNC Machinist to manage a team of machinists and deliver high-quality precision components for semiconductor applications.

You will supervise CNC milling, turning, and 4/5-axis operations, interpret drawings and GD&T, drive tooling choices and process improvements, and mentor engineers to uphold safety, productivity and quality standards in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience.
• 2+ years in a team lead or supervisor role.
• Experience with 4/5-axis CNC machines and Mill-Turn.

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC milling, turning, 4-axis/5-axis machining, and mill-turn equipment.
• Interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Driving tooling selection and process improvements.
• Support continuous improvement and team development.
• Commitment to excellence in semiconductor manufacturing.
