Edwards Lifesciences Singapore is seeking a capable Training Supervisor to oversee trainers and training activities within a manufacturing setting. You will manage materials, equipment, and performance metrics while aligning training programs with production schedules and new product introductions.

You will develop and execute training plans, monitor effectiveness, and collaborate with engineering on investigations and corrective actions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or
• Technical Diploma with 3 years supervisory experience may substitute
• Associate's degree or equivalent with 3 years supervisory experience
• Experience in medical device manufacturing preferred
• Experience in training/learning and development is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coach teams

Mansioni

• Supervise trainers, staff, and training activities including materials and inventory.
• Plan and schedule Screening, Work Trial and training activities per MPS and NPI.
• Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews of Trainers and Trainees.
• Participate in improvement projects and partner with engineering on investigations.
• Prepare training records to ensure audit compliance.
• Perform incidental duties as needed
