The role emphasizes process improvement, experiments, CAPA, training, and project planning to meet customer expectations, with opportunities to redesign tools and mentor technicians. This is a full-time on-site position in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering or sciences with relevant experience.
• 2 years experience required for the Bachelor’s option; Master’s with internship or thesis considered.

Responsibilities

• Improve manufacturing processes using LEAN methods and basic statistics.
• Develop experiments and tests to qualify and validate processes; analyze results and report.
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing and compliance issues (CAPA, non-conformances).
• Develop training materials for production and knowledge transfer.
• Establish project plans to meet customer expectations using project tools.
• Identify opportunities to redesign equipment, tools, fixtures to improve processes.
• Oversee manufacturing support tasks; train technicians and coordinate work.
• Perform other duties assigned by Leadership.
