Job summary

one plus one human resources pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced MEP Project Lead to oversee the design, procurement and installation of M&E systems across the project lifecycle.

The role requires coordinating between MEP and civil teams, liaising with clients and subcontractors, reviewing designs and submittals, and ensuring work complies with codes and safety standards. Strong planning and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written & spoken.
• ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or any engineering field.
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player.
• Possess good organization, planning and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee M&E design, procurement, and installation across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on technical and project matters.
• Lead project team to complete project within schedule
• Represent Company to liaise with all designers, consultant, project managers and clients
• Review and approve M&E designs, drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with codes and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor the quality and safety of installations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues during execution and commissioning phases.
• Develop and maintain project schedules specific to M&E deliverables.
• Track M&E budgets and control costs; prepare regular progress and financial reports.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of M&E materials and equipment.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage testing, commissioning, and handover processes for M&E systems.
