Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Technical Manager to lead the technical execution of IT infrastructure and system integration projects in Singapore. You will provide technical leadership to project teams, manage subcontractors, and support implementation from planning through commissioning.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, or enterprise technology projects.
• Proven experience managing technical implementation, system deployment, and project coordination.
• Experience working with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project Manager and engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual requirements
• Lead technical implementation activities, including system configuration, database setup, software installation, and system commissioning
• Provide technical support and administration for IT infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows, Linux servers, networking, and enterprise systems
• Configure, install, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues
• Support the design, configuration, and deployment of network infrastructure, including switches and other network devices
• Lead system integration activities, including FAT, UAT, SAT, and production deployment
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and knowledge transfer to engineers and site teams
• Manage project documentation, technical deliverables, change requests, and engineering records
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure quality and timely project execution
• Plan, facilitate, and present technical and project meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager
• Work closely with software development teams to ensure seamless system integration and successful site implementation
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, cybersecurity requirements, and project quality procedures
