Job summary

Manulife Financial in Singapore is recruiting a Director, Product Development to lead the design and execution of innovative insurance solutions that deliver customer value, fuel business growth, and strengthen market competitiveness.

You will manage end-to-end product delivery from concept to launch, develop roadmaps for portfolios, align stakeholders, and collaborate across Distribution, Actuarial, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive experience in insurance product development or related roles.
Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives with significant business impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of new products and enhancements from concept to launch, including business cases and sales documents.
Support development and execution of product roadmap by identifying market opportunities and translating insights into initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiatives and resolve issues timely.
Partner with distribution teams to develop and execute sales campaigns that drive product adoption and growth.
Ensure effective execution through governance, risk oversight, and disciplined project delivery.
