Job summary

Ensign InfoSecurity is seeking a senior infrastructure architect to lead enterprise delivery across Windows, Linux, virtualization, storage, and cloud platforms in Singapore. You will guide architecture and governance, collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and PMs, and mentor delivery teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Cybersecurity or related field.
Minimum 10 years in IT infrastructure or related areas, with at least 5 years leading enterprise delivery.
Proven track record delivering enterprise infrastructure across Windows and Linux server platforms, virtualization, storage and backups.
Experience with VMware/Hyper‑V/Nutanix and storage/backup solutions.
Strong AD/Identity Services and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Understanding of IAM/PAM, Network Security, Data Security, SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Zero Trust, and OT/IoT security.
Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary technical teams and act as final escalation point.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Competency Heads, and Project Managers to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and deliverable.
Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customers' objectives, existing infrastructure, and future roadmap.
Design and govern end-to-end infrastructure solutions covering compute, virtualization, storage, networking, cloud, identity, and cybersecurity technologies.
Collaborate with cybersecurity SMEs to integrate security controls into the solution architecture.
Provide technical leadership during project delivery and ensure adherence to architecture and best practices.
Lead solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and technical governance.
Review and validate technical designs, implementation plans, migration strategies, and integration approaches.
Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex implementation issues.
Identify delivery risks and mitigation strategies, and oversee system integration across domains.
Ensure infrastructure platforms meet security, performance, scalability, resilience, and supportability requirements.
Review and approve technical documentation including HLD/LLD and migration plans.
Work with Project Managers to manage scope, risks, and milestones.
Mentor engineers and stay current with new infrastructure technologies.
